Forget the F9 quickload screen. What happens when death in Skyrim actually has real consequences?

Presenting the official reveal trailer for Shor’s Trial (The Sovngarde Gulag)—a lore-friendly, non-SKSE death-alternative overhaul releasing November 2026. When you fall in combat, you awaken in Sovngarde stripped of your mortal gear. Defeat a spectral clone of your killer in a 1v1 duel to earn your return through an ancient Dragon Mound—or lose your gear to Shor’s Hall and suffer stat decay.
